Our Experience

Founded in 2005, Pivotal Sec Plus (formerly known as RMS Group Services) was formed out of a growing opportunity within the cash services market for a quality client focused service provider.

The company’s refreshing approach was highly received within the retail and hospitality sectors and with growing confidence expanded into supporting financial services.

Operating initially from one branch in Belfast the company has now grown to have eight centres servicing the UK and Ireland.

Our expansion strategy has been client led both within our footprint and our innovation of transactional services.

Our History

  • Where It All Began

    Pivotal Sec Plus commenced operations in Northern Ireland and became the largest CIT supplier across the country within 7 years.

  • Purpose-Built Progress

    Pivotal Sec Plus moved into a new purpose built logistics cash centre in Belfast.​

  • Cross-Border Expansion

    Supported by the success across Northern Ireland, Pivotal Sec Plus entered the Republic of Ireland with the acquisition off Chubb CIT Security.

  • Mainland Expansion

    Pivotal Sec Plus entered the mainland UK market with the first UK based cash centre branch in Slough.

  • Technology Investment

    Focused on leading cash management and CIT logistical technologies. Pivotal Sec Plus invested in the world class CWC software systems from Transtrack International.

  • Strengthening Position

    Capitalising on the exit of Brink’s Ireland, Pivotal Sec Plus acquired the Brink’s flagship cash centre.

  • Enhanced Capability

    Significant investment in our fleet enabling us to deliver new services to meet the growing needs of our customers.

  • Growing Presence

    Pivotal Sec Plus acquired Jade CIT Security & opens new cash centre in Leeds expanding into the northern region of the UK.
